I’ve been on my own fitness and wellness journey since my mid-20s. I fell in love with lifting, indoor cycling, pilates, TRX, and barre over the years; so much so that I became an instructor. This opened up doors to fuel my passion for community, growth, and wellness.
Being a group fitness instructor is one of the most rewarding and fun parts of my life. For the past 13 years I’ve been lucky to share in every success and build community with each student. I plan every class with the goal to make people smile a bit bigger, work a little harder, and leave seeing how strong they are. Hope to see you on class!
